All content on the Site — including text, photography, video, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to the owners of M/Y ALBERRY and is protected by intellectual property laws. The photography and imagery of the yacht are provided for viewing the vessel only and may not be copied, reused or redistributed without our written consent.
Information presented on the Site — including specifications, amenities, cruising areas and availability — is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a contractual offer. Any charter is subject to a separate written charter agreement, applicable terms, availability and confirmation. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding booking.
We take care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but the yacht's specifications, equipment, layout and availability may change. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owners and representatives of M/Y ALBERRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.
